In short - I won't be returning. Pros: 1. They are open most of the day. 2. You will get booked right away. Cons 1. Booking appointments - they will not provide pricing unless you ask them. 2. The lobby area is in the same area where the massage happens. You will hear the phones ringing, the music playing loud in the distance, timers going off from different rooms, people coming in and out and having conversations. 3. The communication is poor - The language barrier is an issue. They are not able to communicate well so they assume that everyone wants the same thing. It was difficult simply telling the young woman more or less pressure. 4. Dirty room - Immediately when I entered the dimly lit room I saw a bunch of translucent splatter marks on the wall. I have no clue what you would be doing to get that much fluid on the walls!!!! Please see my pictures. Seeing this made me think that the bedding was not clean either. So between the noise, nasty walls, and potential dirty sheets, I was uncomfortable. The pillows that were used look tired and need to be replaced as well. 5. Staff Attire - They are all dressed in regular clothing. The woman who serviced me was wearing jeans and a t-shirt. She looked like she just got out of class and her cousin said. You tryna touch on some people? 6. The bed/table - Be careful of these shops with fake tables. Its a trend going on now where they just make a table out of ply wood and 2x4s, cut a hole in it and say lay down. This was extremely uncomfortable considering the hole was in a bad position for my neck and could not be adjusted. It was uncomfortable even when I was on my back because the pillow they used under my knees was flat and over used! 7. The massage wasn't good - They woman did not have any real technique or skill where it counts. Getting on the table to apply pressure with her sky blue jeans didn't add to my experience either. Just rubbing the same part of my back over and over with open hand isn't a massage. 8. Employee hygiene should be enforced - I didn't say much to her with the language barrier she would have to respond to me and she had very bad breath. 9. The Billing - If you pay with cash they charge you less. The massage is 60 mins for $60. I booked a 90 min which should have been $90. They charged $10 for me to use my card. and DEMANDED a $28 tip!!!! They need to take all those posters about pressure points and all that down because they dont know what they are doing and are scamming people who just need to be touched or something. It is safe to say. I will never be back there. Please heed my words and review my photos!
